CNC Machinist – Connecticut Facility

Snap Shot

  • Ability to understand and follow detailed Operation sheets

Network Administrator – Connecticut Facility

  • Configure and setup Firewalls, VPN Concentrators and security appliances

  • Install, remove, and configure PC operating systems
  • Perform upgrades, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, etc.)
  • Suggests, recommends, and implements improvements of systems operations through enhancement changes in procedures and operating/monitoring software

  • Experience required: 5+ years of IT experience that includes multi-site infrastructure, network design, hands-on implementation and configuration of network infrastructures and devices

Process Engineer / CNC Programmer – Connecticut Facility

 Electrical Assembler – New York Facility

  • Experience required: 2-4 years in building cable or harness assemblies, preferably to military specifications

Quality Engineer – New York Facility

  • Assist in maintaining and improving our Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)
  • Maintain an Operator Certification program
  • Maintain a Tool Control product validation process
  • Implement lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Provide technical support to the production team
  • Identify and lead improvement initiatives
  • Support and drive team building initiatives
  • Communicate directly with customers on quality topics
  • Support QMS audits and customer audits
  • Analyze and drive the trends of our quality metrics

Welder – New York Facility

  • Perform equipment checks and change-overs
  • Responsible for quality control
  • Perform plant functions of fusion welding techniques
  • Responsible for repairing improperly welded pieces and any nonconforming products
  • Work within the standard operation procedures and job safety parameters
  • Complete all paperwork of maintenance on machinery
  • Communicate with all co-workers and shifts
  • Clean and maintain a safe work area
  • Assist other welders when necessary
  • Position and weld parts according to special instructions, blueprints and/or travelers
  • Measure parts to specified tolerances
  • Inspect all parts for cleanliness and flaws. If flaws exist, completes Nonconforming
